That an Html message can be automatically created from an HTML document?
Use the Message.AddHtml method to load an HTML document, and let the Message object construct a properly formatted HTML message for you.
Code Sample:
'Create a new HTML Message from an HTML document
Dim Msg As New Message
Msg.Subject = "This is my HTML Message!"
Msg.To.Add "to@test.com"
Msg.From = "from@test.com"
Msg.AddHtml "c:\myHtmlDoc.htm"

That message attachments can remain in memory or automatically spooled to disk?
Extraction of message attachments is simply a matter of setting the Message.AttachmentDirectory property. Set the property to an empty string to keep attachment data in memory.
Code Sample:
‘Load a Message from disk, saving attachments to the “c:\Attached” folder
Dim Msg As New Message
Msg.AttachmentDirectory = “c:\Attached”
Msg.Load “c:\Test\myMessage.eml”

That messages can be stored to or loaded from a file?
A Message object can be populated from a message saved to disk by simply calling Message.Load(). Conversely, a message can be saved to disk using Message.Store().
Code Sample:
‘Save a message to disk
Msg.Store “c:\Test\myMessage.eml”

‘Load a message from disk
Msg.Load “c:\Test\myMessage.eml”
