In an effort to provide assistance, we offer the paid support options listed below.  Support plans can be purchased online with products, or separately by contacting Dart Sales at sales@dart.com, or by phone at (315) 339-8040.

Developer Licenses

Products offered as a Developer License include 30-days of Standard Support at no extra charge.

Subscriptions

All products offered as a Subscription include a Developer License as well as a full year of Standard Support.  A subscription purchase is required for Annual Priority or Mission Critical Support.

Standard Support

For customers with light support needs wishing to receive product updates.

Annual Priority Support

For customers with moderate support needs and phone access to support engineers.
Includes all Standard Support features as well as:
  • Telephone support 
  • Increased issue prioritization over Standard Support
  • Response within 1 business day

Mission Critical Support

For customers with critical support needs on strict project deadlines.
Includes all Priority Support features as well as:
  • Increased issue prioritization over Priority Support
  • 4-hour response time within business hours
  • Assistance with project source code analysis for issue resolution
