Subscriptions are available at the time of purchase and include the Developer License and a full year of Subscription Support. For customers with light support needs wishing to receive product updates:
- Email support
- Product upgrades and updates
- Support Forum access
A subscription purchase is required to add Annual Priority or Mission Critical Support.
Annual Priority Support
For customers with moderate support needs wanting phone access to support engineers. Includes all Subscription features plus:
- Telephone support
- Increased issue prioritization over Subscription Support
- Response within 1 business day
Annual Mission Critical Support
For customers with critical support needs on strict project deadlines. Includes all Priority Support features plus:
- Increased issue prioritization over Priority Support
- 4-hour response time within business hours
- Assistance with project source code analysis for issue resolution
Provides 7-day access to installations for previous versions.
Includes Legacy Binaries and up to one hour of installation, registration and licensing email assistance for a Dart software product, to the point where the standard installation samples execute successfully.
A flat per hour fee for access to Dart's support staff via telephone or email.
