PowerTCP Emulation for .NET 4.5.3.11 has been released with new features and issue fixes.
Some of the feature highlights include:
- PowerTCP Emulation for .NET has been updated for Visual Studio 2012 integration and Windows 8 compatibility.
- Trial licensing operation updated.
- Changed serialization to use simple partial name serialization to improve cross-version compatibility.
Some of the fixed issues include:
- Addressed a rendering issue that could occur when switching from reverse video to normal in conjunction with resizing cells. This fix also resulted in a modest performance increase.
- Addressed an issue where the Telnet control may hang if the remote server closes the connection during a read.
- An issue with licensing on systems using certain culture sets was addressed.
