Standard Support - Free

Questions received are replied to as soon as possible, on a first-in first-out basis. Standard Support includes:

  • Unlimited email support
  • Minor product updates
  • Support Forum access

Subscription Support

A Subscriptions includes all the benefits of Standard Support, plus the following for one full year:

  • Priority email support
  • All product updates
  • Limited analysis of source code utilizing Dart classes

Premium Support

A Subscription add-on, Premium Support provides the following upgrades to your current Subscription for one full year:

  • Telephone support
  • Top priority
  • Hotfix access

Discontinued product support policy

Dart will provide at least 30 days' notice of affected products, prior to their retirement date. In most cases, a Developer licenses may still be purchased for a discontinued product by calling 1 (315) 790-5456 or emailing

Unless under a current Subscription or support contract, technical support is not available once a product has been discontinued.
