Digital Product & Software Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Dart Communications.
Because our products are digital software delivered instantly via internet download or cloud access, they cannot be physically returned or "unlearned." For this reason, Dart Communications has a strict no-refund policy. All sales of digital products, software licenses, and subscriptions are final.
1. Why Software Cannot Be Returned
Unlike physical goods, digital software can be duplicated, active license keys can remain operational, and downloaded code cannot be recovered. To protect our intellectual property and maintain the integrity of our software, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
2. Before You Buy: Try Before You Commit
We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. To ensure our software meets your needs, we provide several resources to help you evaluate it before buying:

Free Trial: We offer a 30 day free trial so you can test all features risk-free.

Documentation & Compatibility: Please review the system requirements and documentation located under the product Features tab to ensure compatibility with your operating system or setup.

3. Exceptions (At Our Sole Discretion)
While our policy is strictly non-refundable, we may make rare exceptions on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same software license twice, contact us within 48 hours and we will refund the duplicate order.

Unactivated License Keys: If you purchased a license key but never downloaded the software, logged into the platform, or activated the key, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Technical Defect: If the software completely fails to function and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 14 days, a partial or full refund may be issued.
- Exchange: To exchange your software for a different product or tier, please email us at sales@dart.com within 48 hours of your purchase. Include your Order Number and the name of the software product you would like to switch to.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unregistered and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
